| Under
all the conditions of life we can exercise some type of service
and make ourselves useful
Money
is the great illusion that one has achieved something in the life;
but what is the use of this money if you don't have someone who
loves you or who accepts your service.
The
service to God and others never finishes. Until the last respiration
of your body you should try to give hope and love to those who surround
you. The truly beautiful thing in a living being is a loving smile.
Don't get lost with form, always look for the essence.
The
beauty of an old man stands in his wisdom and humility. Young
and old, both are terms of illusion, but our soul is eternal.
Live
in the dimension where your soul completes a function continually.
Know that God awaits those who like to be with Him in their current
life.
God
is in each being, as the Internal Teacher; for this all relationship-types
that we have with other beings, can be a service to God or it can
be an offense against Him.
The
condition of poverty of today's old men is an effect of a selfish
life, intoxicated and cruel with animals.
In
the Vedic culture retirement doesn't exist, only retirement from
one's material occupations, to be devoted to spiritual occupations.
People
in old age who think that they know everything and who have lost
the art of listening and learning, they have little opportunity
to help others.
The
art of living is the art of serving.
Old
age is the opportunity to pray, to elevate the spirits of countless
beings who need to find a person full of love, patience and good
experiences on life.
It
doesn't matter if we are young or old. To help others we should
all equally know the law
of God and obey it.
